DAY AND EVENING CIV AGEING SUPPORT CLASSES AVAILABLE!

Aged care is a rapidly growing industry, thanks to an overall ageing population. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Australia is like other countries in that ‘low fertility and increasing life expectancy’ have led to a larger proportion of the population being 65 years of age or older.

Australia’s ageing population has created a huge array of job availabilities in the aged care industry. These jobs pay well, are plentiful, and offer the reward of improving the quality of life for Australia’s senior population. At Nepean Industry Edge Training, we are here to help you get your foot in the door of this growing job market with our aged care courses in Melbourne.

Our dual certificate course of the CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support and the CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is a good place to start if you want to work in the aged care industry. Emphasising patient care and empowerment, these courses include on-site training and hands-on experience with qualified industry professionals. From coordination of aged care services to legal and ethical compliance, these certifications will prepare you for caregiver roles in both community and home environments.

The aged care industry is a booming job market with plentiful employment opportunity and job security. By learning how to provide quality, empowering care to older adults, you will be able to make a good living doing something that has a clear, measurable benefit on other people.
